Battles of Shataran is the first novel of the Millenium of Discovery franchise.
2627. Kasar Musk has found a new habitable planet where life might be thrilling, but it looks like it is still not civilized enough for human standards.
Is today's humanity uncivilized? Why are our expectations so much higher than what we see today? Back in 1980, we imagined ourselves in the 21st century as a futuristic civilization that conquers planets. The reality is that we struggle to pay the electricity bills. "Just use solar panels!" Why is scientific progress so slow nowadays? We, Humans, have brilliant minds that can create so much! Why aren't we already on Mars? Economy. Why did our economy slow down in the last century? Discrimination. The USA hated the USSR, and viceversa. White people despised black people and asian people. Even though the main conflict is over, there's still tension between the former enemies. What would aliens that are just slightly more advanced than us say, if they came and saw a civilization not controlled by the smartest individuals, instead being ruled by some people who are just more convincing? If they saw that we despise each other just because an external trait is different? This book imagines us as more advanced beings, having gotten over our differences, visiting a planet where races of different color have the strongest hatred for each other and constantly fight. The Shataranjans, as they are defined by Elon Musk's successor and his colleague, are somewhat a depiction of racist beings that hate any living being which is not like them. Kasar and Eduard have made a mistake visiting the planet Shataran, as its main inhabitants aren't ready for interplanetary contact yet. Just like they can't join the United Civilization Alliance, we can't be visited by aliens to be introduced to their culture and technology, until we get over all of our differences and become a complete, solid union of a civilization from an average planet in the Milky Way Galaxy.

The Virus Within: The Unranked (Book 4)

50 parts Complete

Season 4 of The Virus Within Trinity is familiar with zombies, being one herself, but when strange zombies start appearing, she realizes that the world she knew might be changing yet again. When a dangerous set of scientific notes are discovered, Trinity and her friends don't realize anything is wrong until a frantic radio call comes in. Unaware of the notes, they race to the south and struggle to determine where the strange zombies came from. The zombies are unlike any ranks previously seen, and they aren't as predictable. Some have new tricks hidden up sleeves, forcing any Stronghold they encounter to quickly adapt to the new challenge or risk being overrun. Secrets never remain hidden, and zombie apocalypses never make life easy.
