That is until a perfectly wrapped gift of death, and money finds its way to him in a form of two sisters. One dying of Cancer, and the other lacking the time to be her aid. By offering him a job to be there for her remaining days Kyle accepts with his devilish ways completely unaware  to them. However that is a two way street with this not so innocent duo.
