Deku had gotten a phone call from his mother saying that she got a job offer in America. It's his decision on whether or not they move. Depending on the days events what will he ultimately decide? To stay in Japan with his so called friends? Or go to America for a fresh start?

Arc 2:
Deku learns a lot in America but has to go back to Japan. Why?
