Almost dying really does something to a man. Obito Uchiha, nearly a casualty of the third great shinobi war, manages to return home and when he does, he finally gets serious about being hokage.
(I made Sarada the same age as obito and Kakashi for the story. So don't get the wrong idea.)
Additionally, this will be set in a more modern version of Konoha.
