In the perspective (for the most part) of Night, also called Nox, as fate itself gets in the way of the perfect ending. One that involves a certain bright character, Day, also called Lumen

I sighed heavily as I scanned the forest. I had heard something or someone to be specific, wandering about. I decided I would leave once I affirmed they weren't a danger.
