Trapped in her boring non-interesting world called reality, Riley Jones seeks refuge in her video games and science fiction book, but not the Twilight crap that all the girls fan girl over, no she was more interested in the world of _real_ science fictions and _real_ facts, not the sparkly vampire stuff.
Riley is a 16 year old high school student with very little friends, she solves all her problems with video games but when her class gains a new student her hole life is turned upside down when the boy she's played with online games with start to enrol in her school.
Will Riley gain a new friend? Or will he turn out to be just like the other populous-stinkest, or more well known the girls and guys of the school that think they own the school.

Because of him, she can feel their stares, and she hates him for it. The longer they spend time together, the more Ryder starts to realize he actually enjoys being around her-despite her snarky comments about how much she despises him. And if Violet is being completely honest with herself, she's also starting to realize she might not actually hate the fact that people are noticing her now, but hate the way Ryder makes her feel.Complete
