Dragons are the apex predator. Seems pretty straight forward, but because of their threat, they have to be killed. That's pretty much the way of thinking for Kinsey and her dragon killer squadron, until Kinsey makes a mistake. She and a fellow knight, Aldwin, screwed up and lost one of their dragons and so the king puts them in charge of hunting it down and killing it.
