Rosangeline Rolle came from a long line of powerful witches and wizards, from the caribbean her family most came from three islands, Trinidad being the main one then Cuba and a very small population of the Rolle residents in Barbados. Rosangelina or Angeline was born in Trinidad but later her mother moved to her fathers island, Cuba. She was a smart and cunning witch she wasn't scared to speck her truth.
She had been accepted to Beauxbatons Academy of Magic and quickly her mother and father moved to France for her to study and be more advanced in her magic, she lasted two years before begging her mother and father to move back home, she was homesick and didn't like the girls there.
That until her father managed to get her an acceptance later at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
