Deep down, Toshinori had seen Midoriya as more than just his student or his successor for One for All. To him, he had seen him like the son he never had or even wanted. But, it had to take Midoriya being involved in a life or death situation for him to finally admit it to himself.
(A slight AU, taking place after Deku and Bakugo's fight, but before Class 1-A meet The Big Three)

When Sunflowers wither...
One would think that everything is alright and everything is back to normal after what happened. The LOV attacked the UA camp side and they kidnapped a child. Someone from class 1A... someone who is worth being called a villain and yet is so insulent to ignore their calls.... oh well that is another story ..... After the heroes rescued Bakugo, everything settled down with all the students of class 1A to be inside a dormitory system.... little did anyone know how much it was hurting the little Sunfower of UA. Izuku Midoriya was fighting with himself for a while now but after everything that happened, he couldn't stop but feel as if having this quirk was nothing but a burdon and he wanted to get rid of it by all means necessary..... too bad that no one notice the difference in losing everything at once...... or is there someone that sees the changes? Falling (Depressed Deku Fanfic) (COMPLETE)
Ever since Izuku Midoriya joined U.A. High School and settled in, he knew that the League of Villains were after him and his quirk: One For All. However, when the time comes when Bakugo is the target and is only seconds away from being captured, Midoriya throws himself in the chaos and ends up saving Bakugo, only at the cost of his own safety as he is captured instead. Midoriya is brought back to the League of Villains' hideout and with him there, Shigaraki plans on changing the young boy's mindset and plans to use force against him. When Midoriya isn't able to escape for three years and no one can seem to find him, he begins to lose hope and his wounds only bleed more. Even when he goes back in time with the help of a pro hero's quirk, he is diagnosed with depression and struggles to go on through life. He doesn't feel like himself. He needs someone. He needs someone so badly. But what if there isn't anybody to help Midoriya? How will Midoriya cope when someone close to him dies right in his arms? Warning! This story will contain depression, suicide talk, torture (not explained explicitly), violence, and a whole lot of angst! Also, this story won't contain any ships. So, there isn't any BakuDeku, TodoDeku, etc., it's just a depressing story with Midoriya with his friends trying to change themselves to help him and their own selves in the future.
