PLEASE READ!! It's all the poems from the game: Doki Doki Literature Club! created by Dan Salvato. This book will contain some spoilers about the game so I'd suggest playing the game before reading the poems. The game is 100% free to download and play on STEAM. The game is not suitable for children or those who are easily disturbed. It's also not recommended you play if you are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm. This game gets into topics of self-harm, depression, and suicide. This seems like a cute game but as you progress through the storyline it slowly becomes darker and darker, revealing soon enough how twisted/messed up the game really is. It slowly shows it's true colors of being a horror game. There are times in the game where you get jump scared a couple of times (I'm not trash-talking the game). I've watched the game be played by many on youtube before and have played it myself and I honestly loved it. If you feel you can handle the game, meaning you're okay with jump scares, you are over the age of 13, and you aren't easily disturbed. Like I said before, I don't recommend playing if you are having thoughts of suicide or self-harm or possibly are suffering from depression. The game touches on these three topics as well as many others. If you play, play with caution. The game gives you a warning before you even start the game, as well as in the description on STEAM and on the trailer video. Game release date: September 22nd, 2017, all poems and characters belong to Dan Salvato, creator of the game.
