Preface

Hey there, so if you're reading this then obviously the ending of the movie wasn't satisfactory and you probably yearn for more cute moments between Mitsuha and Taki (Mitsuha is Bae!!) and you obviously want to know what happened after the movie concluded. Did they get together?; Did they remember everything? Or do they feel like they know each other but cannot match their memories to their feelings.
I personally felt that the ending was a bit unfinished and felt the need to express my version of what would happen after the film concluded.

Even though it has been a while since I have watched the film it still gets me emotional and a bit flustered. I don't want this fanfiction to be another random story that just ships our two cuties easily, rather I want the reader and myself to take something away from the story; I want this story to serve as a reminder that we must never take our special ones for granted, for love truly is the greatest bond between people in any of its many forms.
