Edward Ozeous, a young orphan teenager, tries to flee his town during a period of war, but his plan doesn't go his way when he meets Arkandia Krellus on accident, plunging him into an unknown world, called Rancor IV.
Meanwhile, an Oracle on Rancor IV receives visions of a prophecy involving Edward that leads to the catastrophic event known only as Ragnarok.
Little does Edward know his life will be changed forever...
