What would have happened if Derek had got a head CT and fully recovered. Would Christina help Mer take care of him during the process or would she be in it alone with a baby on the way.

Okay I don't know if you guys saw the season premier but HOLY SHIT DEREK IS BACK I literally Cried when I saw him I thought I was dead Anyways, this is a fanfic of what if none of the main characters died or left, so Derek, George, Alex, Callie, Arizona, etc are still there and alive and COVID hits. The only dead people are Mark and Lexie. I know that sucks but I need some important people to Meredith to be dead for covid dream reasons.
