The 4 Also encounter a man from that century who is the ancestor of the one who created 2B, they work with him to save everyone's future and change fate

After the end of the world, All of Nier Automata was converted into a harddrive and the androids live in the year 3000 now. There souls have been put inside biological humans even A2 now lives peacefully within that year, but Adam and Eve have other plans. They travel back to the year 2000 to try and exterminate humanity early, they bring mutants aliens machines and many more foes with them. A2, Devola, Popola, 8S who is remodeling of 9S before he went insane are tasked with going into the past where they meet an ancestor of the people who created 2B and 9S.
