You were a member on one of the best mining ships that has ever existed: the USG Ishimura. The only thing you remember is that you were sent to the medical deck for surgery after a incident happened on the mining deck. Then you were put into a deep sleep that was supposed quickly interrupted by some thing happening.
Now your in hell without a clue to what is going on but noticed you are seeing visions of a horrifying creatures. You need to find some people to help you out.
You need to find out what happened and put an end to the newly acquired hallucinations that haunt you before it's too late.
