In the state of Kentucky, 12 year old, Jack Douglass, runs away from home, promising to one day strike the world to its core with his sins.
While roaming, he finds a small cavern in which there is a tiny Wind-Funnel (Tornado) that gradually grows. He thinks he knows how to wreak havoc and chaos on his friends and foes.
