When Elektrisk found the city's hero- Spekter- hunched over in an alley, he'd been confused, and the confusion only mounted when he realized the hero was beaten to shit and blinded. Spekter won't say whos responsible, but when retired heroes start turning up dead, Elektrisk begins to think that the same person may be behind it all. Now Elektrisk must work to help the hero- in more ways than one- while also trying to answer the questions: Whos doing this, and why?
