Oikawas soulmate has been writing notes on his arm since Oikwawa was seven, and Oikawas followed the messages directions all over the city in search of his soulmate. Still, he's never been able to meet them. Or so he thinks. There happens to be someone else he runs into wherever his soulmate guides him.
