"Why are you doing that!" she whisper-screams while her eyes flit to the other guys, who are now immersed in something else that isn't us.

I kiss that spot again, making her whole body shiver. It's oddly entertaining to watch what my slightest movements do to her. Usually it takes a lot more for a girl to unravel this way, but her breath hitches each time I go to kiss her neck. I could only imagine what my hands could do to her body.

"You still didn't answer my question," she huffs harshly. And still she hasn't pulled away from me. Had I been any stupider, I'd say Jordyn was actually enjoying herself.

If she hates this so badly, why hasn't she asked me to stop?

In August, Jordyn Reeve starts attending Crestview Prep and not long after strikes a deal with Beau Clemonte, an arrogant, rude boy who happens to be the thing that can give her what she wants: his best friend, Jake Amherst. Of course, everything worthwhile must come with a price.

Despite her outright opinions, Jordyn makes a deal with the devil. Or at least that's what that's what she saw at first -- a coldhearted, stubborn asshole that cared even less than she did. Her only intention was to see this out to get the guy. However, it wasn't that simple for Beau.

Even if it means that occasionally the sports shed burns down, or the police have to make an almost weekly appearance. Her best friend is also a teacher, the life of the party, and the best person to debrief over a glass of wine or three with. She had a handsome and hardworking boyfriend, and a cute little place to call her own. Always ready to play by the rules, Audrey is reliable and respectable, if not a bit boring. But when her life starts to go off the rails, she has some scary decisions to make. She opts to do something completely out of her comfort zone, and just see where it leads her. And to who... A love story about second chances. ¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤¤ "How dare you! I wouldn't touch you with a ten foot pole!" How was he getting under my skin so easily? "That's a pity. I have a ten foot pole I was so keen to show you. I bet I could change your mind." He was enjoying this way too much, and I wasn't going to hang around and let him taunt me any longer. I turned and started packing my things, silently fuming that he was getting off on making me angry. I felt him moving behind me as I worked, and suddenly he was behind me, whispering in my ear. "It would be so easy to unbutton these silly little shorts of yours... and just bend you over the table right now." My body stiffened and stood straight up, my cheeks now the colour of cherries. I stood still, barely breathing, as he traced a finger down my spine. Then it stopped. I heard him back away. And then the library door jolted shut, leaving me in silence again.

"You just have no idea." His voice was thick with restraint. "W-what," I breathed. His gaze flicked to my lips as his thumb stroked again. The calloused pad against my soft flesh sent goosebumps down my arms. His once warm eyes were dark as they lifted and bared into my soul. "What you do to... men." His husky whisper weakened my knees. I almost fell but his other hand settled on my hip, pulling me closer to him. "What you do to me," he added on a breath. The hand on my jaw shifted. His fingers left trails of tingles as he slipped them back slowly, under my earlobe and into my curls. *************************************************** As a young girl, Charlotte Avery's favourite pass time was daydreaming about her Prince Charming: Archer Johnson.
