If you are thinking about living in Mandrake City, then I would have to suggest plenty of better options. But hey, if you like whorehouses, crime, corrupt police, power-hungry businessmen, and mafias then I suppose you'd fit right in. So, assuming you're a masochist, you should know some basic things before making Mandrake City your next home sweet home.
The first, if you've got dreams and don't think you're gonna get your hands dirty, well then, I've got some disappointing news for you. No one is successful here without a little red in their ledger.
The next thing you gotta know is either bribe the police as early as you can or stay clear of them completely. If you think they're here to protect you they're not. If you wanna protect yourself, you're gonna have to learn how to do it yourself.
The final thing is never, and I mean NEVER, cross paths with either of the top mafias. The Nihilist's Syndicate has no rules and if they find you, they will do whatever the hell they want with you. The Onyx Daggers are downright insane and are unpredictable, they'd torture you just because its Tuesday and you're wearing pants. Never travel alone at night and if you do, well then you better hope your self-defense is rock solid.
Alright, still wanna make Mandrake City your next home? Yes? Well damn, you must really have a death wish then. I hope you're smarter than you look because the likelihood you survive is slim to none. Good luck dipshit!
