Written for the GabeNath Reverse Bang 2023 challenge (cover art done by siren-drawing-stuff) The Kingdom of Lapia is strong and unshakable, just like its monarch. But under the surface, King Gabriel is consumed with grief. He masks it well, but this cold demeanor distances him from his son, leaving it Captain Nathalie's job to bring them back together. Having known the king since childhood, this should've been an easy task for the captain of the royal guard. But will the growing threat of the Akumas -a magic-wielding group they'd both cut ties with- make it impossible? Or could this be what reunites the royal family, and, perhaps, reveal buried feelings? Though surely in this society, a knight could never love her king.

Nathalie had the feeling she made it to be finally able to get closer to Gabriel. But apprently as fast as her hopes for that had been come up as fast they where destroyed again. not even a Kiss could change that. Or does it? What does Gabriel need to realize the woman who was always by his side is the one he needs? Is there even a chance they can be together?

"Hello, my name is Duusu, the Kwami of...are you ok??" Blythe stared back in astonishment, "No way is this happening..." Well look at it, Ladybug and ChatNoir have a new ally now. A mysterious one but one at that who uses sentimonsters to talk to them. Maybe now they'll be one step closer to fighting Hawkmoth and winning...hopefully. Hawkmoth thought his wish could finally fill the void in his heart knowing his wife would finally return to him. But what about the lives of the people he had hurt? And the life he had to give up to pay the price of his wife's resurrection? Seeing as how he is enlightened of the truth with an open eye, he regrets his decision and asks for his son's help to wish for him to go back and undo his mistake. He is never going to let Nathalie go ever again.
