She was told she was created to better her world, to make it safe. But it is far from the truth.
Shadow Willows, a science experiment, born and raised in a lab along with five others like her have been trained their whole lives for one thing, war. She was told it was to cleanse our world of the bad, the diseased. She knew there was something wrong with it but said nothing. People died all around her, her sister, her best friend, her humanity. Everyone thought she was crazy, that she was wrong. But, to their surprise, she had everything right. Now that the others know of her discoveries, the group must find a way out, or they will be the next target. And when Shadow finds out that someone she deeply cared about is alive, she ventures to find them and put an end to the mess that has been created. The people who created her may be smart, but she has senses and strategies that no one saw coming. In true darkness, there is always a light.

This story is about an experiment finding her way. Shadow is an experiment that Hydra cooked up in their lab, she truly is something that came out of a bottle. When she woke Hydra tested their success story to see how she will be in the field. From there Shadow had to make a decision, on rather or not she wanted to stay being their science experiment. When Luna turns 16 she is to cross to this world to not return until she decides to have kids of her own. They are attacked by something not human and then she is taken to a camp by Percy. When she is there she finds out that she is a demigod. She is given a quest to go on. When she goes on the quest she is accompanied by Percy and her new friend kat. They go into a big battle and many of the enemies die but one of them dies as well. They retire back to the camp to deliver the news. Then something big happens that has everyone confused and one surprised. There two love lives that make the other sad. This books goes of the camp idea and used some of the campers from the Percy Jackson books.Concluida
