in 3 years 14- year old Rebecca Blues has lost her mother, father, and grandmother. She was also diagnosed with a mysterious disease that no one could identify. When she moves away to Italy, she accidentally wanders into a portal and ends up in a different realm.  When she gets caught,  she gets sent on a mission by the rulers of the realm.  If she succeeds, she will be able to go home. If she fails, she will stay there forever.
