Computers are directly connected to their brains, creating a nightmarish state of absolute control, every action is monitored and harshly judged. Perhaps worst of all, the victim's perception of reality itself is controlled. A system of social credit hangs over everyone's heads. If you want to survive you will need to pick a company and stay loyal to that brand. But it goes beyond that, because each corporation has been infiltrated and taken over by forces that are interested in more than just profit. John is a Skinwalker, a free man, a man who is immune to these restrictions. He goes where he wants and does what he wants, moving from one augmented reality to the next, always looking for the next score.Terminé

Life in middle school is hard for sixteen year old Joko Ofaman. His name alone gets him teased. Being of lower class doesn't help him any. It seems that his only escape is into the virtual world of online gaming. It is the year 2048 and puzzle games are on the rise, limiting Joko's favorite genre of RPGs. However, the only people Joko cares about are taken away from him. A companies commercial promised the best RPG, however, Joko couldn't buy it. His friends are taken away and he is just about ready to die when a mysterious woman gives him a new chance. Will this game help Joko logout of this world, or will it force him to come back for the better of the planet? Note: not as accurate as I like, but that would be giving away spoilers! In the year 2049 almost everyone in the world is some form of cyborg with the exception of a small group of individuals known as the resistance. A.I. Has been made illegal the only androids are command droids which function under certain rules and are not considered alive. The world is in a state of world peace but also mass chaos, the only things that matter in this future world are sex and money. Their us an elite force formally known as the FBI now known as UFD. The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized. The company known as CT is the for front of cyber innovations with the exception of privately funded military contracts......Terminé
