Y/n works as a sanatorium nurse part-time under Doctor Loomis, she just recently moved to Haddonfield and knows nothing about Michael Myers. She treats everyone with her kind-angel-like presence and soon earns the name "Angel" throughout the sanatorium. But soon after she meets Michael she becomes HIS angel and his alone.
Michael Myers is a known killer and everyone in Haddonfield knows that he is a psychopath and has no emotion, but a new nurse Y/n brings someone out of that psychopath, someone kind, warm, and someone who regrets their childhood. We know the horror of Michael but we do not know the angel who brought light into his dark heart.

The Monster seems to only be interested in Maria and targets her specifically, She has no clue as to why it's haunting her, no, hunting her, but she's determined to find out and put a stop to it before it can send the grim reaper her way.
