A month before the events of the Hazbin Hotel pilot an angel  hearing about Charlie's Happy Hotel goes down to Hell to help with her. The catch? If no sinner is redeemed by the next extermination she must go back to Heaven and never see Charlie and Vaggie.

So being the only sane person (or angel) in a world full of chaos, she is definitely the odd one out.
