Priscilla is just an average college student with an average life. Adopted at a young age by a wealthy "power couple" consisting of a museum curator and a real estate magnate, she's managed to keep a level head, and not make a big deal about herself. Archaeology is a passion of hers, so when a visiting group offers the once-in-a-lifetime chance to spend a week at a real dig site, off the coast of Greece, Priscilla seizes the opportunity to pursue what she enjoys.
Then... Disaster strikes. Priscilla wanted to believe that this was her Fate, but there seems to be other forces conspiring against her. The company organizing the dig is rumored to be engaged in some shady activity, her best friend since grade school reveals that he's slowly dying of a terminal disease, and most dramatic of all, her parents vanish overnight, leaving behind a letter telling her the truth:
They are gods, hiding in the guise of mortals so that a very powerful enemy--a demon they've been fighting for millennia--won't discover the hiding place of their divine power: The very island Priscilla will be visiting soon.
Is the archaeological group in league with the demon, or intent on discovering the hiding place first in order to stop him? Can she and her classmates find the hidden temple themselves? Will the demon come after her next?

She pauses and looks at me then puts down my paper and speaks to the crowd "She doesn't remember anything about being alive so she is an oddity and a collectible. Shall we start the biding at 10000 hellions". All the sudden many voices shout out some low deep voices some high voices and some don't even sound like voices just gurgles. The woman who read my paper seems to be able to keep track and calls out the highest bidder. "Do I hear 65000?" Less voices shootout but they're still too many that I can't pick out. I'm being sold? Nightwalker by Social_Introvert
67 parts Complete Mature
Time didn't matter to her. She got up when the sun did and tried to sleep when the sun went down. because of this seemingly endlessness, she's forgotten her name, she's forgotten her family and she's forgotten everything she use to be. Now she was nothing. Living on the streets of a town begging for money and food from travellers that didn't know who she was, unlike the rest of the town that thought of her as something unnatural even though she doesn't know why. Constantly abused by the townspeople who don't understand her, she is left to die in an alleyway after a horrible run in with three drunk men. She was expecting to die and have her corpse eaten by rats and other vermin. What she didn't expect was to be saved by a woman that was everything but human. "Do you want to live?" This woman asked and when she looked into herself she knew the answer, it came easy through her busted lips. "Yes." From that day on she became something else, something not human, something extraordinary and from that day forth she will serve this woman who saved her life and maybe one day remember her name or be given one by her new Mistress. Maybe one day she'll remember who she was and maybe she'll even find the one person that completes her soul. From that day forth she became a Nightwalker. Completed. This is a lesbian story and contains mature actions between females. There will be warnings at the beginning of the chapter if you do not wish to read such content.

"Again, do you think that's... wise? The others should be able to control themselves, but Fallon..." Gideon let the words hang in the air. Fallon wasn't the most stable in the best of times and sometimes, he questioned his decision to bring him into their home. "I'll watch out for him." Sebastian stood. "Damn me, why did I have to save her." "Because you were bored." ********************************** Most children are raised to have a sense of wonder. A feeling of awe at the unexplainable, delight at the thought of hidden worlds and fantastical creatures. Eve was not that child. She was happy in her logical life and didn't need the unicorns and wizards. To her, magic simply didn't exist. Until the night it tried to kill her. After she is saved by men of fiction, Eve soon discovers that binding an eight-hundred year old vampire to herself is the least of her worries. An unexpected reunion with her mother exposes secrets and she quickly learns that what she didn't believe in could be the death of her. ******** Warning******** THIS IS A REVERSE-HAREM NOVEL. THERE WILL BE SEXY TIME INVOLVED. It's also 107K words but only 16 chapters long. This means hella long chapters. Sorry about that, it's just the way the story wanted to be written. I hope you enjoy this as much as I enjoyed writing it. Please comment and I will do my best to reply :) If there are questions that might lead to spoilers, I'll try to PM or DM the answers.
Echoes Beneath the Stone by Marek_Puchon
13 parts Complete
A group of archaeology students arrives in a remote village in Mexico for a summer project that was meant to be simple. Their task is to map a system of limestone caves and underground rivers, record measurements, and return with data for their university. At first the work feels like an adventure that blends science and travel. The air is filled with excitement and the promise of discovery. Yet the caves soon reveal secrets that go far beyond the task they were given. Deeper passages lead them into chambers untouched for centuries. Murals painted in strange colors show figures and rituals unknown to any existing culture. Carved faces stare from stone walls as if placed there to watch intruders. The group debates whether they have found evidence of a lost civilization or something even stranger. Wonder slowly turns into unease. When one student vanishes without a sound, excitement is replaced by fear and desperation. The search leads them through a spiral of stones, shelves lined with skulls, and a hall filled with bones arranged in patterns that speak of sacrifice and ceremony. They find an altar that hums with a rhythm matching the river below, and channels of water that refuse to show reflection. Every new discovery feels alive, as if the cave itself listens and decides who may pass. As danger rises, the students realize they stand at a crossroad. They can push further and risk their lives for knowledge that could rewrite history, or they can leave the place untouched and protect the secret for those who built it long ago. Their final choice will test loyalty, courage, and patience, and will shape whether the story of the hidden civilization is carried into the world or left buried beneath the stone forever.

Prophesied at birth that she would defeat Poseidon's last remaining enemy once she reached the age of eighteen, Amarédasse has been kept virtually a prisoner in her own home and unaware of the prophecy by orders of her father, Poseidon, while her older brothers and sisters enjoy the freedom that she craves. One day, just before her eighteenth birthday, Amarédasse inadvertently discovers a secret passageway while exploring the palace basement with her cousins, Hebe and Makaria. Once the young mermaid princess uses the passageway to escape she begins to explore the outside world and she comes across a human kingdom whose patron god is none other than her own father. As Amarédasse explores the kingdom she then unknowingly meets its Crown Prince and falls deeply in love with him she is unaware that her father's enemy is watching her every move waiting for an opportunity to strip her of her life. Will Poseidon trust his daughter with the truth and tell her why he kept her locked up her whole life? Will Amarédasse fulfill the prophecy and bring the Golden Age back to all humans and merfolk? Will Amarédasse and her prince live happily ever after like her parents? Read and find out. I dedicate this sequel to my Poseidon fanfiction story to the creator of the Sims 3 machinima trilogy VanityMovies and the entire cast. Yeah, I painted the cover although even I have to admit I'm not much of an artist and I'm still learning how to work that thing.

"Two best friends, a trip through a mystical land, and a stranger that will change it all." Trying to figure out if she chose the right career, dealing with a broken heart, keeping up with uni papers and work... That's already enough of a challenge that stresses out this 20 year old control-freak. So add a whole bunch of family secrets, a trip overseas with her best friend, and some eerie flashbacks, and you get a hell of an adventure. [This is a new adult/magical realism novel] -------- FINISHED STORY! ! Aprox 100.000 words Warning: Contains coarse language, and non-explicit adult scenes. NOTE: After writing this, I noticed a whole lot of problems in my own writing. There are issues I opened up in this tale because I wanted to dig deeper, and never did. I noticed my own internalized phobias when reading, and please, if anyone feels offended or triggered about any of it, call me out. I'm trying to do better. It might have bad rep or offensive content that I'm looking into. This story will be completely re-written once I figure some things out. Also, I know the culture explored in this book (maori culture) is not my own, but after living for many years in New Zealand, I feel that it's part of me, and by no means did I mean this to be offensive to anyone. I hope it's not. I intended this as a "tribute" to a culture that I found rich, enlightening, and that accepted me with open arms.
