The Craftsman (OP Quirk Deku)

Izuku Ratto is a 14 year old in the city of Mustafu, he lives in a future where 80% of the population has these powers called quirks. Izuku is quirkless, but he is known as the world's youngest genius. His intelligence is higher than his father's which is one of the world's highest intellectual levels, he was abandoned by his family when they discovered he was quirkless. He was found by Nezu Ratto a few months later and he slowly started his ascend to glory, join him as he goes on his journey to become the first quirkless (or not) hero!!!
