Sean "Spot on" Conlon thought he could finally enjoy his peace, he did manage to defeat New York's most feared crime boss "The Spider" Snyder after all. Unfortunately for him, Warden Snyder's right hand and his long admirable arch-nemesis, "Racetrack" Higgins is still on the loose. When information leads him to believe "Racetrack" is planning to strike at the New York World Casino, he immediately sets chase. But what if the intentions of this "Racetrack" are a lot more noble than they appear to be?
