A young, 18 year old girl named Ariana sets forth on an impossible quest to slay a mighty dragon. The dragon has killed more than 100,000 people in it's lifetime and Ariana wants to put an end to it's life. The dragon lives far away in a cathedral built high up on a mountain called the Endless Mountain. Inside the cathedral the dragon sleeps on it's gold hoard, hoping to never be awakened from it's slumber.
Ariana is the only daughter of the king and queen of the kingdom Arendes and is going to be the next queen after her parents pass away. Ariana does not want to become the queen of Arendes because she believes it is too boring for her taste.
One night Ariana sneaks out of the castle and sets forth on her journey to slay the mighty dragon of the Endless Mountain, though she will face many troubles along the way...
