These poems are about all of the emotions and thoughts behind sexual assault, living/growing up in a toxic home, and mental health. My poems may not be perfect, but while writing it gave me a space to start moving forward. I know how it feels to be hurt by someone you love, so to anyone that was hurt by a loved one I can't even begin to express my sorrow for you. But remember that you are not alone. If anyone ever needs someone to talk to in a safe space feel free to DM me.

Hurt Beyond Repair.
Hurt and frightened and no where to turn except for my journal. Curse words being streamed at me and you would have thought I had a father for a sailor. ~E.M.C Many poems focusing on the subject of Mental Illness, that many suffer with and the subject just isn't brought up enough.
