It all started when Jayda found a necklace on the ground. Now shes in a new world with a new power which can prove to be both a curse and a blessing. How will things turn out in the end? I'm not sure lol.
This is a story I'm writing in my literature club for fun. I decided to put it here because why not. I had this idea which was inspired by a few animes like SAO, The Rising Sheild Hero, and Re: Zero and I decided, why not make the world similar to mine but with a twist. Also idk what to make the cover pic so it'll be coverless for now.

A young lady named Alyssa went to the library to grab a new book to read. She decided to look into old fantasy books instead of her regular romance. There she found a book called The New World. Little did she know that when she opened the book a beautiful necklace with a purple rock gem came out of the book. When she said a few magic words, it took her to a whole different world that she never heard of there she meets five people, Alec, Alex, Adreanna, Denver, and Tamaki and there they will help her get back home to where she really belonged to do that they had to go through many challenges like the dark blackthorn forest, cities, villages and towns, magical creatures, curses, spells, bandits, thieves, selfish humans, and overall the truth of what that necklace she had really was. Will she get home, or will she be stuck in this world forever?
