Stone Heart is a story about the human race nearing extinction, That being there are only 10 humans left in the entire world. The rest of the living organism population consists of different creatures such as Dragons, Elves, Goblins, Faerie, and many other different creatures. Isamu, One of the remaining humans, Is on a journey to the center of his home country to try and make peace between the remaining humans and the 15 beast tribes.

Worlds. It's something that no one questions, where they're from, that is. They all think that they are all from earth, but Kila knows better.
