Nagito Komaeda is a mute boy. He's been mute his entire life, and fins himself to dream of what it would be like to speak, and being envious of those who do speak. Without any parents or legal guardians to adopt him or such, he lives at a hospital near his school. There, he has a few friends. Although, each day, a butterfly tends to come and visit his hospital bedroom window, an odd occurrence, to put it in simplest terms. Alongside this, Hajime Hinata is what people would call a normal boy. His life usually was nothing to write home about, and he was at least able to realize that. He hardly had any friends, the count only being two, and he usually felt a longing. A longing for a more unique and special life, something that would contrast from the rest of it all. As if to grant his simple wish, a butterfly is usual to turn up by his own bedroom window every day, checking up on him like some worried mother. Hinata's biggest passion and love is volleyball. Common knowledge across everyone at Karasuno, Nekoma, Aoba Johsai, and practically every school to interact with, of course. Hinata's especially aware of this, so of course, when something concerns him that isn't related to volleyball, his team wants to know. The weird thing? Hinata doesn't even know what's concerning him. So, of course, with his team, Hinata tries to figure out what's wrong and how to fix it. He's not going to let anything get in the way of his goals, after all. No matter what his goal is. (Oh by the way the art isn't mine especially when my stick figure drawings make it seem like a kindergartener could surpass me)

It is a truly terrible disease that can be fatal in the early adulthood stage, mostly due to heart failure. It has many more things to it than what I wrote here and it's more painful but I thought I already put Hinata (and my soul) through enough. A concerned team looks at the duo with worry eyes. Hinata suffers, might as well call him two faced. Not the one you're usually expecting though. One that doesn't want those worry eyes on him, pretending. But screaming for help deep down, all these feelings are caged and locked up. Until he finally can't hold onto it and lashes out.
