The Sannin and the other powerful Konohagakure Ninjas were ingaged in a battle with Hanzo and Tobi. They were sent initially to help the people of Amegakure rebuilt the fallen city, but they were stopped by the enemies. The clash between Giants starts now and ended up losing their own fight then retreated to a near hill. They returned to the battlefield the next morning and realized that they were just caught in the genjutsu in their fight that night. They decided to return to the Hidden Leaf Village and the enemies seem to have a big surprise for the team.
