Beings of myth and legend, born from infernos and into which scorching desert winds are breathed into their lungs. Although liquid gold runs in their blood, angels lack the mere beating of the heart.

An eternity is a long time to be dead and alive at the same time. Your body is as cold as your corpse when they buried you, and your face is set in the deathlike pallor of when you closed your eyes for the last time. But life in paradise is great, it's just like how they describe it; every pleasure and desire in the palm of your hands, albeit for a tiny fee:
Unlike departed humans, you can't love.

Dantalion was just one of God's many other creations.
His hair was spun from the light of the universe, like all other angels.
His eyes were gold, like all other angels.
He was made perfect, like all other angels.

One evening, he chances upon someone, wings as black as the twilight sky and hair like flowing ink.
He's captivated.
And for a moment, just a millisecond, he feels his heart pulse.

Witness the fall of an angel and their descent into the forbidden, caressed carefully by the whispers of the dusk. One of legend's greatest fables and enigmas, as it's never been told before.

"I know you're a virgin but have you never been touched?" He asked, sliding his other hand down onto her leg. "What makes you say that?" Kat breathed, bracing her hands on the counter. "You react like someone who's never felt another's touch," Nex whispered, slipping his thumb under the band of her shorts. "So, have you not?" Kat opened her mouth to speak but stopped when his hand slid up from her leg, gliding up her stomach and stopping just below her breast. "Not even here?" He asked, following the curve of her breast with one finger, not touching, staying just below as he dragged it back and forth. "What about here?" He asked, sliding his hand down from her ribs to the bottom of her shorts then around to her butt, fingers nearly grazing it as he inched them up, under her pajamas. "I can say with certainty, never here," he said, lowering his other hand under the waistband of her shorts, touching the top of her underwear. "No, you've definitely never felt that before. I can hear your heart racing, I can feel your breathing, I can smell your body responding like it's never experienced these sensations before," he whispered, sliding a finger just underneath the band. "Should I answer its call?" #1 in demons on 6/15 -6/17/20! Again on 6/20 and 6/22-6/23! Sweet and innocent Katherine has a routine and is a little tightly wound. Lucifer's Gift by EpsilonAngel

*Book one in the Hell's Company series* Lucifer was the brightest angel in Heaven, But in service of God, he was condemned to darkness. After thousands of years, the darkness took root inside him. ~ Ammi is a flame no one can extinguish Forged from God's holy fire to combat his darkness. A gift made for Lucifer. ~ He clucked his tongue disparagingly, shaking his head, "Tell me your full name." I groaned, running a hand down my face. "Fine. But I'm not explaining it to you." His face told me that I would if he wanted me to, but I soldiered on. "My full first name is Amirykal. Happy?" I muttered. His reaction took me completely by surprise. He blinked slowly at first, processing, then his face split into a wide grin and he threw back his head and laughed uproariously. I was hit with a wave of arousal at the sound of it-it was rumbling and husky, heating me up at the core. "What's so funny?" I grumbled, sure he was laughing at my expense. He looked down, that gorgeous grin still on his chiseled face, showcasing his lovely white teeth. "Oh, Kitten. Your name, Amirykal, do you know its meaning?" He asked, his voice sensual and erotic as he spoke my name. "No-I was found with that name." I answered struggling to keep my voice even as he slowly approached, like a predator would his prey. "Well, Love, I'll tell you. Amirykal means 'gift', or, more exactly, 'a gift from God'." He purred as he got closer and closer, so there was barely a foot between us. "And why is that funny?" I had a very hard time focusing on the conversation at hand with him at this proximity, using that lovely tone. "Because, Amirykal, I am Lucifer. And God made you to be mine." *HIGHEST RANKS*: #1 in Paranormal #2 in Supernatural #7 in Werewolf* *Takes many liberties on Biblical stories and has graphic violence and adult content. Lillian Bell never believed in angels. She never believed in fate, either. But the night a man with broken wings falls from the sky and crashes into her life, bleeding and barely conscious, everything she thought she knew shatters. He calls himself Azrael. A name spoken like a curse, heavy with the weight of something ancient and unforgivable. His body is marked with celestial wounds, his silver eyes burn with secrets, and his very presence makes the air hum with something dangerous. Lillian knows she should walk away. She should never have brought him home. But she does. And with that one reckless decision, she finds herself thrown into a world she was never meant to see-a world where angels and demons walk among mortals, where Heaven is just as ruthless as Hell, and where the man she saved is being hunted by forces that could tear the world apart. Azrael isn't just any fallen angel. He was once the Angel of Death. And he is still dangerous. Because the longer he stays, the thinner the line between salvation and damnation becomes. For both of them. And when the truth about Azrael's past is finally revealed-along with the reason Lillian has always felt like something was missing inside her-she will have to make an impossible choice. Save him. Or let him go before their love destroys them both.
