ON HOLD: This Novel had been on hold since January 2021. I do not have an estimate as to when I will return to it. 

Arabella has spent years dodging her mother's attempts at a high-society marriage while trying to prove herself worthy of inheriting her late father's booming maritime business. As Arabella's mother becomes increasingly desperate to find Arabella's Complement, Arabella becomes just as resolute to avoid all endeavors at matchmaking while chasing pirates, locating missing girls and shipments, and running from a particular pair of ocean blue eyes that seem to hound her every step. Can Arabella escape Fate, or was she falling into its trap all along?

He's more compassionate then he was before she had escaped and she's sleep in his treehouse with him side by side. Surprised by his compassion (well more like his less harsh to her) She absorbs the moment, she's for once happy after a very long time. So she doesn't run, she doesn't fight back (unless it's playfully), she cooperates. They learn to lean on each other in a time of need. Wendy doesn't want to leave him, as he hid the only one who searched for her and cared enough to stay. But soon she realizes how easily a person can be replaced. That there are secret intentions behind every speech and remark. Is it true love? Even so, there's is a means to an end. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ It is mature due to a little violence. It gets better as the book progresses I don't own any OUAT characters.
