The capital , a place that's believed to be a prosperous nation . But in fact it's nothing like that . It's supposedly ruled by the Emperor  but it's the minister who controls him from the shadows . People living there are in constant poverty , living in fear of the minister . 
    
    Alex grew up in the capital with his brother Bulat  . After his brother gets a job in the military he's left alone to fend for himself . Due to the fact that their father is also in the military and is never really around .  
    
    Years later after Bulat left the empire and joined the revolutionary army . Alex ventures out to find his brother and possibly enlist in the army . 
    
    What troubles will he encounter along the way?
