After Izuka's mom disowns her for wanting to be trans, she texts Katsuki. She explains what happened through song lyrics, and Katsuki tells his mom.

Izuka ends up moving in with them, and they help Zuka get her hair cut, get her a binder, and help come up with a different name.

Izuka, now known as Izuku, meets Katsuki's friends and they all accept him. They all end up going to UA, and Izuku makes friends.
