Harry Styles
"I didn't do it. I was only defending myself against him." I whimper curling into the fetal position, to hopefully avoid anymore of his sharp kicks to my ribs. Hot tears roll down my cheeks and my chest heaves as I try to take deep breaths through my sobs. "I don't care! You don't fight back, no matter what! You worthless unlovable maggot!" He shouts kicking his foot at my arm. I scream in pain as I hear the snap. I cradle my arm close to my chest. "I-it's b-b-broken" I whimper trying to get as far away from him as possible. "Fine, Lilian we need to take him to the emergency room!" He shouts, she comes running into the room and picks me up in her arms. "I told you to be more careful! If we take him to the ER too much the orphanage might get a call and we'll lose him." She says harshly. My eyes snap open and I sit up in bed as I pull my knees up to my chest. I put my head between my knees to try and slow my breathing. **** Harry Styles has been in the foster care system since he was three, after his parents died in a tragic car accident. He is now 15 and has been in and out of about seven foster homes. They always say it's him. The families always say that it's something Harry did. He was violent. He just didn't fit. He got in too much trouble at school. The list goes on and on. But is any of it that really true? Will this family that actually wants to adopt pick him? If they do, will they be able to break down the steel walls he's built up? Can he finally be happy? Or will he again find himself back at the orphanage? Adding another family and another story to his journal. While the woman who runs this places gets an eighth failed placement to hold against him if another opportunity comes. Will he always be broken?

I'm damaged goods. You, and the rest of the boys along with you... you have to learn how to be okay with that.❞ - When Mickey is nearly 16, she survives a car accident that kills her best friend.
