Vigilante Izuku ( Tododeku)

( I don't own any of the pictures) Izuku killed his mom accidentally when she had gone to far. He ran away and became known as, The Observer. He had gotten that name because, they say he observes things and if anything happens he is always there. Their is a dark reason about that to. It's said that he knows everything! Any secret, that the hero's try to hid he knows. It's almost as if he sees everything like a god!
