Izuku was just lying in bed and then gets a text from a random group chat. It was easy to figure out that they were a bunch of heroes.

Izuku Midoriya is just an ordinary boy who has difficulty getting by due to a lack of quirk. A lack of power that everyone believes you are useless without one. If it was called common sense then the world has gone to hell.
