During a battle with the INFAMOUS MAGICIAN MERASMUS ( By his own claim, of course. ) he had been fed up with losing too many times against the foolish mercenaries before then banishing them to a random place "ANYWHERE BUT HERE!" but didn't even know where he sent them of course as they were instead sent all the way over to Remnant and now have to cope with the strange ways of this world while also trying to get out.
