"D, is it true this whole thing was a bet?" She asked me quietly without looking at me.
"Yes, you were just a bet and seriously Jamie why would I date a nerd like you." I said harshly to her. I had to do this eventhough I feel my heart is breaking and crushed for making her upset.
Suddenly, she looked up at me and nodded as if she's telling me that she will not be question me anymore as tears flowing down her cheeks. I wanted to wipe her tears but immediately retrieve my hand back.
Then she turns her back on me and walks away from me and at the same time I feel the guilt building up in me when she's out of my sight.
"I fucking broke her heart, well done mister heartless." I whispered quietly to myself.
