Maximus Billion has passed away due to very old age he was three thousand five hundred years old when he passed and one of his successors had to take over the job of keeping the worldom organization going it was very sad to say goodbye to a great man who knew over a quintillion moves and was the second strongest in the entire multi-verse but new creations popped up as there was an epic fall in power and normal rates of people without powers skyrocketed outlining the people with mono abilities but these types of people were special they had the powers of a special absorption technique plans were now in place to recruit these people.
