Another Riddle

Young Y/N Riddle meets Draco Malfoy. She was raised by Padfoot(Sirius Black-he isn't dead yet atleast) only to find out her true identity right before she leaves for Hogwarts. Y/N will be in fifth year.She knows about the wizarding world, and is a Pureblood, but was never sent to a wizarding school.
