There's hatred brewing in the heart of Claude Alexander. As a dark-skinned black man, Claude has experienced racism and discrimination not only from whites but also from lighter-skinned, mulatto blacks. Two years pass and Claude's brutal crimes has caused a public uproar, Faced with growing criticism, the Atlanta Police Department assigns a squad of it's best detectives to hunt the Ripper,, led by yound detective, George Bullard. Bullard knows his task is difficult. First, he is a white man trying to solve the murders of black women. Tensions between whites and blacks remain high in the Jim Crow Atlanta after the race riot of 1906. Furthermore, the Atlanta Ripper is an elusive killer who leaves no evidence. But Bullard is determined to catch the Ripper.
