"He happened Santana. Him. He made his choice, and so I made mine." He responded back to her with a small sigh, looking down towards the old photo of him and Kurt before throwing it into the fire.

Blaine and Kurt used to be best friends when they were kids, mostly due to the fact their parents were super close; and they still were to this day. But one day Blaine developed strong feelings for Kurt and decided to tell him about those feelings.
