An extract from the story:

"You are one hell of a person, Darius, you really are. But you and I could never do this thing, we just can't be together. I'll be lying to myself if I said that we could be and I'm done doing that, I'm done convincing myself of things that aren'true. I'm done being delusional."

Amber Hayes, somebody who made a little mistake by loving the wrong person, but from that moment onwards she was always told on what to do, she never got a say in things that mattered the most to her. She never got the chance to move on. And started becoming slightly workaholic and as her life went on, she discovered a new world of partying till the dawn and studied the art of not giving a shit.

Darius Carton, somebody who always got what he wanted and loved his family to bits and never realised that he was living in a lie until she came.

As they both crossed paths, they thought that they had founded something that will last forever. It all started with a white lie, a small mistake, that shattered everything that they had into pieces.

Even when everything around seemed to fall apart and the world decided that they were made to break, both of their hearts still remained at the same place.
