You have been isekaied from your world into the world of MHA! And how did you die in our world? Well, what's more fitting than a pandemic sweeping your world?
This is a story about you finding friends and a new life (and maybe a romance?) in a new world.
(I'm probably going to do several different scenarios with different characters, each of which will be unrelated to the others, but your quirk will be the same, because I've had a couple of headcanons regarding this quirk!)

Izuku quit dreaming of becoming a pro hero after three times of being denied. He decided to screw it, and just be normal. He has part time jobs, he recently graduated, he has a car, a nice apartment.
